The phone runs on Android v7.0.The phone's UI is EMUI 5.1 which contributs to the speed and performance of the device more than just a User Interface. The CPU used in the device is Huawei Kirin 960.Processor is used as a combination of both octa-core 4xcortexA53(1.8GHz)+4xcortexA73(2.4 GHz).The GPU used is Mali-G71 MP8.
The phone has a RAM of 6GB and Internal storage of 128GB.The 6GB RAM and GPU adds to the gaming performance of the device. The phone does a good job even with heavier games. Even though I haven't tried any I have watched some reviews in YOUTUBE in which games actually ran really smoothly.
